How does Tree Glow work?
Every LED is individually addressable, so the controller lights them in a pattern instead of all at once. Spread evenly down your tree, those points of light form a moving picture you can see from across the room.
Is it hard to install?
Not at all. Set the LED crown on the top of your tree, let the strands drop down around it, plug in the controller and open the app. Most people are done in under 10 minutes, no tools needed.
What designs can I choose from?
Santa Claus, Snowman, Rudolph, Elf, Candy Cane, Sleigh Ride, Gingerbread, Teddy Bear, Aurora, Snowflake, Red Bow and Star Burst, plus a classic warm white glow. New designs are added to the app during the season.
Will it fit my Christmas tree?
Tree Glow fits real and artificial trees from about 5 to 9 feet tall. The included extension cable gives you extra reach for taller trees or outlets further away.
Can I use it every Christmas?
Yes. Coil the strands back into the box in January and they are ready to go again next year. Designs added to the app carry over too.
Is it safe around kids and pets?
Yes. It runs on low voltage through the included adapter, and the LEDs stay cool to the touch, so it is safe to leave on around little hands and paws.
